Now that the Homosexual Marriage Law has officially passed and has become the “Law of the Land in America,” I believe, like others do that this is the “Final Nail in America’s Coffin,” and we will see God's Judgment upon our nation very soon !! Furthermore, I have been warning of “The Coming Storm” for years now, and some… though far to few have listened. Please take a few moments and absorb this, as it may save your life and those you love.
You see… True Bible Believing Christians understand that the consequences of this “Un-Godly Decision” will cause massive problems throughout America and will have disastrous effects on the United States… no doubt, as “GOD will not be mocked.” See Gal 6:7… Our rights have steadily been taken away and the first amendment has basically been gutted, along with our various freedoms to live a Christian Life in the manner that GOD requires.
Please note that once our freedom to practice a Biblically Based Christian Life is gone, we also lose many other rights, such as how we run our businesses, who we can allow/disallow into our churches, groups, etc. Just look at what they have done to The Boy Scouts of America, as just one of many examples.
I have been fortunate enough to help wake some people up and help them to understand the lateness of the hour,.. Praise Be To GOD !! As to HIM goes all the Glory and Honor !! I spend 12 to 18 hours everyday doing my best to educate people in what to do to protect their families and to help secure their future to the best of my ability. This is the calling of a “Watchman”… See Exodus 33:6 “But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.”
Please also note that Scripture says ...
Jeremiah 51:6 Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this is the time of the Lord’s vengeance; he will render unto her a recompense.
Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
“Come Out of Babylon My People” while you still can...
Time Is SHORT !! Live an Expat Life – MUST READ !!
Servants of The Lord Jesus Christ
Revelation 17 & 18 tells us that in the end times the nation that is “Mystery Babylon” will witness the shedding of the blood of the saints and to Flee!!
Rev 18:4-5 4. "And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. 5. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities."
In reading scripture we learn that one of God’s principles stated in His Word is that judgment begins in the house of God, i.e., the church. (I Peter 4:17)
Prophecies that tell us that shame will cover the faces of God’s people because “strangers” will come into God’s sanctuaries (Jeremiah 51:51), before its ultimate destruction.
In other nations, Pastors have been charged with hate crimes and have been imprisoned because they taught sermons based on the Biblical view of traditional marriage among other things.
A Pastor in Sweden was convicted, though an appeals court said a European higher court might overturn his conviction, but the Court let stand on the record his conviction of a hate crime… just for preaching the WORD of GOD. I’m sure that you have already heard of other cases where the same thing has happened.
So don’t be at all surprised if your Pastor is arrested if he preaches “Biblical Truth,” when supporters of homosexual marriage don’t like his words and seek to silence him. You see, just as the Bible says…”they wish to be taught… “smooth words,” and not Biblical Truth. The late great Pastor David Wilkerson delivered a powerful sermon on this called “The Great Apostasy.” I highly recommend you seek same out and listen to the whole thing, as it will be time very well spent.
There is and will continue to be, ever increasing persecution not only of Christian Pastors, but also of church members who fail to support the homosexual agenda.
Remember the President said, “name calling” cannot be treated as “reasoned debate.” My question is…why can’t one call a homosexual…”a homosexual”? Inquiring minds would like to know. Why does GOD warn us that “strangers” (and/or wolves) will be entering our sanctuaries? Is it possible that GOD says “what HE means and means what HE says?” It is in my reality …the mileage of others may vary.
Do we, as Bible Believing Christians have a higher standing with God than the Jewish people? How could we make such a claim? When Christians are killed every day in various parts of the world, how can we truly believe that it can’t happen in America?

Step 8 – Getting To Know Your Neighbors...
Get to know people and integrate yourself into the expat community, if you’re a social person.
Let us introduce you around or maybe even let us host a welcome dinner with a number of friends that are good to know in town.
All in all, Erve and I are here to help. We know what it is like and we have “been there, done that, and we have the T-shirt” to prove it.
We have a lot of services we can offer. The best place to start is to set-up a phone consultation.
Thanks for taking the time to explore new opportunities. There is a Big World out there and we are here to help you and to answer any and all of your questions.
GOD Bless You and Yours…
Kev & Erve...

Step 7 – The Move Down...
Well, you’re stepping out in faith and taking the plunge. So who do you hire to move your stuff? How much stuff do you need or want to bring? Is it worth shipping your car or should you buy one here? There are a ton of questions that need to be asked and first and foremost finding a good mover that will get you from there to here. Again, we are here to help advise you as to movers, times of the year, idea for cost, what you should and should not bring, etc.
For us, we sold a LOT of our stuff. You may want to take advantage of de-cluttering your life and weed out stuff that you just never use or will ever us again.
For example, leather furniture is not a good thing to bring down to the tropics. Why? Leather tends to attract mold and it will get moldy in several weeks, if it is not maintained. You can bring it with you if you wish but you must keep it treated. A better option may be to sell it and buy furniture here that is built to withstand the tropical environment. We will discuss this when you’re ready.
Shipping: There are ways to get your household items here per cargo shipping container, if that is your choice. Contact us and we can give you more info and we can discuss “the pro’s and the con’s.”
Step 3 Plan A Recon Visit… and Look Around…
Also note that we are not a 501c3 organization, and therefore your payment may “Not” be Tax Deductible. Please check with you tax adviser for more details.
Phone Calls: If spending time writing emails is not your preferred option, again… we can help with our phone consultations. Again, our minimum requested donation is $80.00 an hour with a “full one hour minimum.”
Examples: 1½ (hour and a half) phone conversation would be billed at $120.00 U.S. Dollars and a ¾ hour (45 minute) conversation would be billed at $80.00. Please note that we sometimes record phone calls for quality assurance purposes and when you place your order you are agreeing to same. If you like, we can record your sessions and send them to you in an unedited MP3 format. Believe me, we will be throwing a LOT of information at you to the point that your brain becomes pretty worn out; you will be glad that you have this MP3 to listen to again and again. Note that standard hourly rates apply to the e-mailing of MP3 files.
Again, I did the same thing and I found that once I moved to the Philippines that I was WAY MORE informed than other expats who just did it “Lone Ranger” style trying to get information on their own.
What we have learned in our experiences and adventures is that there are steps to take in becoming a “Successful Expat.” You just don’t pack it all up and jump on a plane to your designated country and hope it all works out. That is a recipe for disaster.
We have put together a proven set of steps from multiple sources that will put most of the odds in your favor, so that you can learn what it is like being an expat, what to expect, how, and where you can live, etc.
Our Advised Steps...
The Steps To an Expat Life....
FLEE Babylon while there is “Still Time”....
Trouble WILL Come to Your Church if hasn’t already…
So, you have come down for a recon or two or spent some time down here… “and you loved it.” Having spent time here, we will introduce you to our recommended attorney, real estate person, and other important connections that you will need to know. Living as an expat is all about networking and staying abreast of the ever-changing information.
If we have not introduced you around yet, this is the trip that you need to do. We can help you open a bank account, introduce you to our immigration attorney, our GREAT real estate person and just about anything else you need to start getting your feet on the ground.
If you are coming for residency, you will also need to have your paperwork in order and believe me there is a lot. Wedding certificate, passports, driver’s license, background checks. Oh, bringing pets? There is paperwork for that too. You are kind of paper worked to death and if you do not have it in order and proper dates adhered to, you will be having a very bad day.
We have put together a document that tells you what paper work you need to get first, second, third, etc. Have pets? We can help with that too.
Once you arrive, we can pick you up or help you rent a car or a motorcycle. Get you to your hotel and then introduce you around and help you open a bank account when the time is right.
We will hold your hand as much as you want, or just be there as a safety net if you need questions answered.
Once you have submitted the residency paperwork you will eventually have to travel to the Immigration Office where our attorney will meet you (if necessary) and guide you through the process there. This time frame is up to you and the attorney, but we are putting you in very trusted hands.
It is a good idea to do a trial run and spend about 30 days – 90 days living here. You will get a good feel of what it is like living as an expat, the good, the bad and the ugly too. This is something that a lot of folks skip on if they have made multiple recon trips.
In both cases, you will get a good feel and it’s something that we highly recommend you doing. Again, your key issue of being an expat is “remaining to be an expat.” In others words, this has to work for you, so it’s important that you do things that will
insure your own success.
If you skip some of the things we advise, please understand that you are putting yourself at a higher risk to be forced to return to the US within a few years. We have seen it happen. The sad thing is that most people blame the country for their horrible time, when they should have better educated themselves and also listened to the advice given by those that know.
Remember, we want you to succeed, and we will always have your best interest in mind.
Step 2 – Ask questions...
You will have questions like…
Where do I pay my bills?
What is the best place to shop for groceries?
How do I get phone, electric and water service?
What is the best pizza in town?
Who is the best doctor, dentist or veterinarian?
And the list goes on…
Learning about what it is like to be an Expat is a serious challenge and you nee a coach. Hiring an expat consultant would be the best move that you could possibly make. It will save you time, money and frustration.

Step 6 – Find A Home & Get Stuff Turned On...
So you want to make the jump but where are you jumping to? We have a great Real Estate agent that is the best in town. They can help you find the home, furnished or not furnished and keep within your price range.
Here is a view from our back yard… there are more pics at http://www.kevinrichardsonministries.com/
IN FACT, ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS. Our requested donation minimum is $80.00 an hour regardless of “how we connect,” and we will answer as many questions as you need advice on. Please note however, that each case may vary and we “may” have to do some research in order to provide you with the “best custom instructions,” as they relate to “your particular situation.” Therefore, we do ask for your patience and that you give us the time necessary to performance our task to the best of our ability on your behalf. We will get back to you, if need be within 24-72 hours, but a lot of times we get back to you that same day, even “if” special research is necessary.
Payment: We use PayPal to receive all payments, and there is a link on our website to place your order. Just go to http://www.kevinrichardsonministries.com/ as again… we are available via phone and/or e-mail, so just let us know how you choose to connect when placing your order. Please also note that we have a U.S. based Skype number, so in many cases there are no long distances charges on your end depending on the type of phone service you have. Please check with your phone service provider, if necessary.
Step 1 – Hire an Expat Consultant...
Step 5 – Residency Trip #1 … This is a Very Exciting Time !!
There is nothing like feet on the ground for you to get the full idea if being an Expat is for you or not. It is easy to watch all the You Tube videos, read all the guide books and get the stars in your eyes. … but that is Not total reality !!
So, if you are interested in living an expat life, the best person to give you the skinny is “another expat.”
There is a lot to see and a lot of friends that we can introduce you to, so you can get a true grasp of what it is like to live here in the Philippines. This will also give you a chance to talk to other expats and ask them questions too.
Note: There are over 7,000 Islands in the Philippines and some you should avoid ... just like some areas in the U.S. Cities.
Hiring someone that “knows the ropes” as they say is “always money well spent.” Based on our experience and the experience of talking with other expats, those who make it, get a consultant to help them.
That is why Erve and I want to be your consultants, so we can help you in every way possible and answer your questions and clear up some of the grey areas in this life changing process. You will be in Good Hands with us, as our goal is to love and protect our neighbor as CHRIST HIMSELF commanded. See Mark 12:31 “...Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.”
A lot of the homes already have the electric and other utilities turned on, you just have to get things put into your name. This can be a hassle at times, but we can also help you with that.
Step 4 – Trial Run Living Here...
Over the years, I have learned some real insight into being a true expat and my wife Erve and I have successfully helped other expats with various problems and we can help you and yours too.
Now that we are in the Philippines, since we left America in 2006… we want to help people who are willing to heed GOD’s Warning and are feeling the need to get out of the US. We will work hard to try to make that decision and process as smooth as possible for you.
The Philippines is great, but the country can be restrictive in who they allow to immigrate. They basically want retirees for the most part and they have set up a great immigration plan to help folks in that category. However, if you are a single adult…regardless of your age, then the process can be even easier… if you marry a Filipino citizen, as you are welcomed with open arms, in most cases…if you know how to co-exist and mingle within the Philippine culture. That’s what I did and it was a breeze to a large degree as I did my homework but I still had to learn a lot… and I do mean “a lot,” but getting back to my point:
This is why the Philippines is so attractive, not to mention that most people in the Philippines speak at least a little English and many are very fluent in regards to same. Also, the Philippine Government wants people like us who will come live and spend money and thus support the economy of the Philippines. Please also note that the Philippines is very “Pro-American” because of us helping them out in the problem of the Japanese invasion.
My wife Erve and I are living the life that so many people just dream of. Here is the secret; YOU can live that dream too “if” you have that adventurous spirit and willing to take that step of faith. If you are reading this, you have that adventurous spirit. All you have to do now is …”take that step in faith.”
